Depending on availability, orders processed by 3:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped out same day! Product ships primarily from Missouri (US zip code 63122). Some orders may ship from California or Texas.

For your protection we insure all our shipments. An additional insurance charge may assessed based on the actual value of the shipment.

$9.00 Overnight shipping is valid only for orders of memory, if you have any item other than memory in your shopping cart you may not be eligible for the reduced overnight rate. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays do not count when calculating order processing or shipping times.

FedEx Notes: FedEx Priority Overnight next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

If your package is deemed lost, delayed in shipment or similarly categorized by you or the third party shipping company you selected, please contact us. Will we re-charge you for the item (if available) and re-ship the item per the third party shipping company you select. If you do receive the original package that was deemed lost, delayed in shipment or similarly categorized by you or the third party shipping company, you may keep it since it was paid for in full or you may elect to return the original item to us for a credit less the shipping charges.
