Memory Giant stands behind its memory and, subject to the conditions below, will repair or replace any product purchased that proves to be defective.

To take advantage of your replacement only warranty service, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before receiving a replacement. You can get this number by calling our customer care center at 800-816-3785.

MEMORY

Every memory module purchased through Memory Giant comes with a lifetime free replacement warranty. We also offer a 30-Day money back guarantee on all memory.

Our life-time warranty covers all electrical or manufacturer defects for the life of the original owner. The warranty is void if the defective module has been abused, modified, or exposed to static or electrical charges. In addition, Memory Giant is not held accountable for any damage to property, equipment, loss of programs or files, or any costs accrued from servicing your computer or recovering any data. Memory Giant is not responsible for reimbursement for service charges of any kind.

Memory Giant defines "Lifetime" as the lifetime of a particular product on the market. Outdated technology is not covered by the lifetime warranty if the product is no longer available on the common market as a new product.

ALL OTHER COMPUTER HARDWARE

Memory Giant provides a 30-Day money back guarantee on unopened items. All hardware, with the exception of memory, is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Hardware and software must be returned in like-new, unopened packaging or it will be returned at the customer's expense.

After 30 days, Memory Giant is no longer responsible for the warranties of the products. All warranties will need to go through their respective manufactures. Warranty policies vary by manufacturer, inquire for more details.

Memory Giant provides a 30-Day money back on unopened items. No refund or credit will be given for opened software. No Exceptions.

CREDITS

Any items being returned for credit must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

To return items:

  1. Call Memory Giant at 800-816-3785 to receive your RMA number.
  2. Make a copy of the invoice.
  3. Write "returning for credit" on the invoice and write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
  4. State how you would like the credit applied: We can either put the credit back on your card or hold the credit in your account.

Even though you were not charged for shipping, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount credited to your account. We will not refund the original freight charge or the freight charge for the return. For your own security, we suggest that you send items back in a way that you can track the package.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Before items can be returned for a replacement, an RMA # must be obtained through our customer service center. Memory Giant reserves the right to refuse any returned package that has not been marked with an RMA #.

RMA Returns Policy / International

For all international RMA's, you must contact us by email. The product must be returned to Memory Giant before a replacement will be shipped. The customer must pay the shipping to Memory Giant; however, Memory Giant will pay the shipping for the return. Memory Giant is not responsible for any fees issues by customs.
